Ijesa Youth Forum president, Oluwatoba Felicitates Christians on Christmas, Assures of His Continuous Commitment Towards Empowerment
The National President of the Ijesa Youth Forum (IYF), Engr. Olufemi Michael Oluwatoba, has felicitated with christians across the world most especially vibrant and dynamic youths of Ijesaland on this year's Christmas celebration.
In an heartfelt message, Engr. Olufemi Michael Oluwatoba expressed his delight in celebrating this festive season with the vibrant Ijesa youth community. He acknowledged their unwavering spirit, resilience, and positive energy that have contributed to the growth and development of Ijesaland.
While emphasizing the significance of Christmas as a time for reflection, love, and unity, Engr. Oluwatoba commended the Ijesa youths for their enthusiasm in embracing the true spirit of the season and for fostering a sense of togetherness within their communities, even as he encouraged them to continue showcasing their talents, creativity, and leadership abilities.
The one time president of the Federation of Ijesa Students' Union (FISU) who expressed his belief in youths' capacity to make a positive impact in various spheres, including education, entrepreneurship, innovation, and community service also called on governments at all levels to ensure that they invest in youths in the coming year.
In his words, "the importance of cherishing family and friends during this festive season cannot be overemphasized, however, I want to urge my fellow youths to extend acts of kindness, compassion, and generosity to those around them. Also, there is the need for unity and solidarity, especially in these challenging times. In this regard, I want to encourage the youths to actively participate in activities that promote peace, love, and understanding."
As the National President of the Ijesa Youth Forum, Engr. Oluwatoba assured the youths of his unwavering support and commitment to their growth and well-being. He pledged to continue advocating for youth empowerment, providing mentorship opportunities, and creating platforms for their voices to be heard.
